Southwest Marinade

1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp minced garlic
1/4 cup apple cider
1/4 cup lime juice
1 tsp honey
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/8 tsp cumin
Dash of hot pepper sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

Combine ingredients. Add lamb. Cover and refrigerate for 2-24 hours.
