8 lamb chops, cut 1 inch thick (about 2 pounds)
3 tablespoons orange marmalade
4 teaspeens Dijcn-style mustard
1. Trim fat from chops. Place chops on the unheated rack of a broiler pan. Broil 3 to 4 inches from the heo.t to desired doneness, turning once. Allow 10 to 15 minutes for medium (l60°F).
