Armenian Lamb Sausage

5-lbs medium-ground lamb
1-cup finely chopped onion
8-cloves garlic, minced
2-tsp black pepper
1-tbsp salt
2/3-cup fresh mint, chopped
1-cup water

Combine all ingredients; mix well and stuff into sheep casings.
