1/3 cup lime juice
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup orange juice
1 1/2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon dried oregano
3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1 bay leaf
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup salsa
2 tablespoons olive oil
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend well. Place chicken (pork or shrimp) in a Ziplock bag and pour marinade over the meat. Place the bag in the refrigerator, and marinate for 2 to 4 hours. Grill.
