If you are fond of ground lamb burgers, this slaw topping is for you.
Ingredients:
1/2 Head cabbage, thinly sliced
1 Carrot, thinly sliced
8 Scallions, thinly sliced
1/2 Cup regular or low fat sour cream
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 Tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon fresh-ground white pepper
1/2 Cup crumbled Blue Cheese
Directions:
Combine the cabbage, carrots and scallions in a medium
bowl.
Set aside.
Combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, sugar, vinegar,
lemon juice,and white pepper in a small bowl.
Pour dressing over the cabbage mixture.
Lightly toss to coat.
Stir in the Blue Cheese.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Refrigerate for aleast 1-hour.
Makes about 6-8 Burger/Sandwich Toppings.
